At the very beginning of my studies I ponder over to choose food industry or other engineering. Food technology took over eventually. I have a background with BSc Bioprocess engineering and MSc Food biotechnology.
I have been working for Valio Ltd Finland for 14 years. This period contains dairy R&D, management of quality system, certifications, in-house control, logistics and sourcing. For seven last years have been lead buyer for wild and cultivated berries, fruit dices and flavours at Valio Ltd.
Market analyses, supplier evaluations, audits and raw material quality management are my main responsible areas while working as Materials Manager.
